Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped Monday-Friday except on public holidays in Canada and the US. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing before your order is shipped. All order are shipped via Canada Post. Packages from Canada Post are then passed on to your countries Federal Mail Service. All customs and duties are the sole responsibility of the receiver. No refunds or exchanges will be offered for packages abandoned due to duties or taxes.

LOCAL PICK UP AND SHIPPING

Refused or Returned Packages

A $15 Non-Delivery Fee will be charged for refused or returned due to wrong address shipments. The Non Delivery fee must be paid prior to reshipping the package. No refunds will be given for wrong address shipments. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of check out.

 BD Lashes is not responsible for any missing or lost parcels en route to destination. Once the package has left our warehouse, it is the carriers responsibility. Please contact your local post office for up to date information about your parcel.
