Order Cancellations 

Due to a high volume of orders, all orders are sent to our processing facility IMMEDIATELY. This ensures that out team get your products to you faster! After order is placed, we cannot make any changes! Any questions regarding your order please email infobdlashes@gmail.com and include your order number.

Refund & Exchanges

Due to the nature of the item, for sanitary purposes there are no refunds or exchanges.  In the unlikely event you receive a damaged item, or any other concerns regarding your BD Lashes products please contact infobdlashes@gmail.com with your order # and a picture of the item(s) within 7 days. 

No price adjustments will be offered on any orders. We cannot honour current discounts to past orders.

BD Lashes is not responsible for any missing or lost parcels en route to destination. Once the package has left our warehouse, it is the carriers responsibility. Please contact your local post office for up to date information about your parcel.
